AMNC4ie

i-Optics Sensor

  • Diagnoses the condition of the protective glass.
  • Periodically diagnoses the protective glass to ensure stable cut quality.

i-Process Monitoring

  • Monitoring Piercing and Cutting condition.
  • Piercing penetration detection and processing defects are detected by luminance sensor.

NC Autofocus Control

  • Automatically controls optimum lens focus position for each material and thickness.

Oil Shot

  • High quality processing of medium mild steel.
  • Oil spray for protection from adhesion of the spatter before piercing.

Clean Cut

  • High-grade processing using nitrogen as an assist gas.

Eco Cut

  • Processing Mild Steel at high speed with oxygen using small diameter nozzle.

Z-axis profile sensor

  • Keeping the gap between the material surface and the nozzle constant based on the data of the set processing conditions.

Nozzle Cleaner

  • Automatic nozzle cleaning and calibration.

i-Camera Assisted System

  • This function recognises the material with the camera and enables manual or automatic placement of parts.

V-monitor

  • V-Monitor allows the machine status to be checked in real-time either on your smart device or directly on the machine control. Additionally, if an alarm occurs, the system will record HD video to enable rapid, accurate diagnosis of the issue.

Nozzle Changer

  • The nozzles can be automatically replaced according to cutting conditions. Continuous automatic operation is possible from thin to thick plates. (Standard 8 pcs - OP16 pcs)

Warning Light

  • Three-colour tower-type signalling lights allow you to check the operating status of the machine even from a distance.

HP Easy Cut Device

  • High nitrogen content gas can be extracted from factory compressed air and used as an assist gas. A seperate compressor is required.

OVS-D

  • This is a CMOS camera for combined processing with a punch press (NCT). Measure the hole position processed by NCT ​​and correct the origin position to enable combined machining.

DR Cutting Device

  • A small amount of air is mixed into the assist gas to reduce dross in aluminum processing. Gas density can be automatically switched by NC Control.

Soft Joint

  • This is a new joint that uses the thermal distortion generated in the slit section to hold the product. It prevents parts from rising up, reduces disassembly time, and reduces man-hours required for finishing joint marks.

AS-C Pallet Changer

  • Long-time continuous operation of thick plate processing.
  • Process pallet: 10 shelf (standard)
  • Lineup from minimum 5 to maximum 20 shelves.
  • Add the operator support tool to the flexible tool rack (option).

AS-T Twin Tower

  • Compatible with the production of a wide variety of materials from thin to thick sheets.
  • ASFH (2 product pallets, 2 material pallets, 2 processing pallets) + AS-C (10 processing pallets) 2-shelf configuration (standard).

ASFH Fork Type Pallet Changer

  • Long-term continuous operation up to medium-thick plates using packing materials.
  • Automatic operation of product accumulation from material supply.
  • Maximum plate thickness: 12mm.
  • Two product pallets, two material pallets, and two processing pallets (standard).

MPL-C / MARS-N Manipulator + Automatic Warehouse

  • Retrofittable and expandable automation to support variable-quantity production.
  • MPL-C supports material supply to product accumulation automatically.
  • If connected to a MARS, the number of shelves and station numbers can be customised according to the customer.
  • Connection with multiple blanking machines is also supported.
