The HG-2204Rh has adopted the high-end press brake HG-2204, equipped with a new hybrid drive system and capable of step bend layout.

Material loading, material handling during bending, and part unloading are all performed by a single 7-axis articulated robot capable of various motions. The HG-2204Rh system can bend large parts and heavy parts without setups and can run for long hours.

  • By adopting a multi-touch LCD panel and adopting a user-centered design, it is possible to operate the screen intuitively like a smartphone, giving consideration to improving operator operability. The conventional horizontal 15-inch display has been expanded to a vertical 18.5-inch wide display, allowing you to check the information necessary for programming and bending at a glance.

Accurate loading of large and heavy processing

  • Accurate adsorption of workpieces is possible with the gripper of the vacuum pad and the 2-piece detection device.

regrind device

  • Suitable for gripping large and heavy objects. The gripping position of the support arm of the regripping device automatically changes to accommodate the gripping surface that becomes smaller as machining progresses.

Variation of trial bending

  • Angle sensor
  • Equipped with an angle sensor (Bi-S) to support angle adjustment during robot processing.

L-axis shift

  • Expansion of processing range:
  • Backgauge system for various contours.
  • Maximum L-axis shift: -100 to +200mm

7-axis articulated robot

The processing area is expanded by adopting a 7-axis (6-axis + travel axis) robot that performs loading, unloading, and bending of workpieces with a single unit.

The target work size differs for each gripper.

  • Rib/panel general-purpose gripper.
  • Work size: 100 x 1200mm to 1500 x 3000mm

auto gripper changer

  • Automatically change the gripper according to the processed product. Equipped as standard with an automatic gripper changer (AGC) that can store up to 6 grippers.

Tool cleaning equipment

  • The die (tool) is automatically cleaned.

Intrusion prevention fence

  • Dedicated partition with safety in mind.

X gauge
