FEATURES - CR010B Solution

Detachable & can be used separately

  • The CR-010B can be attached to and detached from the bending machine, allowing for flexible operation, for example, manual bending during the day and automatic operation at night.

Creating robot programs without CAM

  • Instructions to the CR-010B are given using a dedicated robot program creation tool. The program is imported from the press brake's NC and the initial settings for the robot operation program are automatically created, allowing the robot to move to the default position of each motion software. After that, fine position corrections can be made using the pendant.

Space-saving design allows installation in small spaces

  • The CR-010B uses a laser scanner to detect people entering the area it is monitoring. If a person is detected, it can slow down or stop operation depending on the person's location. This eliminates the need for entry prevention fences and allows for space-saving installation.
