High rigidity design

Responding to noise and vibration, electromagnetic friction type clutch brake

  • Uses an electromagnetic friction type clutch and brake that reduces impact during cutting and reduces work noise.

  • The automatic cutting function demonstrates its power when cutting large quantities of the same size.
  • Jack bolt type blade clearance that does not require shim adjustment.
  • High-precision machining is achieved by powerfully clamping the material by adopting an independent hydraulic plate holder.
  • Integrated control of shearing, NC front gauges, and conveyors on a centralised control panel. Various processing settings such as direct operation and program operation, which thoroughly pursue shearing processing, have realised an easy-to-see and easy-to-use operation environment by adopting a touch panel. (The display contents differ depending on the option. NC front gauge and conveyor are optional)
  • The rear shear prohibition sensor is effective in avoiding dangers behind the shearing.
