FEATURES - DCT Series

Adoption of new control method

  • The circuit has been greatly improved by the new control, shortening the operating time of the clutch/brake, improving the stability of the ram operation, and preventing deterioration of the motor coil.
  • With the new control, shearing, front gauge, and conveyor control can be integrated into the main body and operated collectively.

Steel plate welded structure

  • The machine frame has an integral structure in which the left and right side plates are welded together with the front plate and the table, providing high rigidity and durability.
  • The table, which supports the lower blade and also serves as a workbench, and the ram, which supports the upper blade, are designed with sufficient rigidity to achieve high-precision machining over a long period of time.

Roller guide method

  • One roller guide is installed at the front of the ram, two at the rear, and one each on the left and right.
  • The ram is sandwiched and guided by rollers in four directions, using a method with high rigidity and no backlash.

Independent hydraulic plate holder

  • The independent plate holder strongly clamps the material one by one, realising high-precision processing.
  • A urethane pad is attached to the plate holding surface to reduce scratches on the material.

Underdrive system/ Electromagnetic friction clutch & brake

  • Adopts an underdrive system in which the drive mechanism is installed at the bottom of the machine.
  • In addition, it employs an electromagnetic friction type clutch and brake that eliminates impact during cutting and reduces work noise.

Automatic disconnection function

  • The ram automatically descends when the material touches two points of contact on the backgauge.
  • Work can be done without stepping on the foot switch, and it is effective for cutting a large amount of the same size.

light beam

  • When marking and cutting the material, you can use the light beam built into the main body and simply align it with the blade shadow for easy and accurate processing.

Smallest shear angle in its class

  • All models achieve a shear angle of 1°10′. Higher precision and beautiful cutting is possible.

handle type breaker

  • Prevents the opening and closing of the control panel when the power is turned on.

NC automatic back gauge

  • You can enter from the touch panel. Speedy positioning speed of 4.3m/min. It also has a position correction function when sharpening the blade.

Touch panel type central operation panel

  • Control devices required for shearing processing are centralized on the operation panel. Operation settings for shearing, front gauge, and conveyor, which were conventionally performed by separate control devices, are consolidated, eliminating the need for individual operations. Various processing settings such as direct operation and program operation that thoroughly pursue shearing processing and the adoption of a touch panel have realized an easy-to-see and easy-to-use operation environment. Full reverse plate holding device

  • By supporting the material from below in conjunction with the movement of the upper blade and cutting while pinching, distortion of the workpiece such as bow, twist, and camber is minimised and accuracy is further improved.
  • It also has the effect of producing a sharp perpendicularity to the cut surface, enabling higher quality cutting. In addition, the back gauge pulls back when cutting to prevent pinching of narrow materials.

return short conveyor

  • It is a space-saving design that can be stored inside the machine frame.
  • Equipped with under, support, return, and scrap processing functions. (factory option)

high speed return conveyor

  • In addition to supporting, feeding, and accumulating materials, the function to return cut materials to the table by reverse rotation of the conveyor greatly improves workability.

NC front gauge AMADAN-FGIV

  • An automatic sizing device that NC-controls positioning on the front side.
  • It also serves as material support for long materials, and by setting the program, it is also effective for multiple-piece cutting and trimming after NCT processing, and processing without accumulated errors is possible.
  • Batch operation is possible with the new control panel.

Material support device (air type/electromagnetic type)

  • This is a device that prevents the material from sagging under its own weight and supports it so that it hits the backgauge correctly, mainly when cutting wide sheets.

<Air type>

  • Support device for non-magnetic materials. Equipped with rollers to facilitate material loading.
  • It can be stored under the shooter when not in use.
  • (Supports 700 mm in the back gauge direction. Up to 3.2 mm thickness)

<Electromagnetic type>

  • Magnet type support device for mild steel and magnetic materials.
  • You can match the bearing force to the board thickness by adjusting the magnetic force by operating the dial.
  • (1m support in the backgauge direction. Board thickness up to 3.2mm)
