Collective control speeds up

Easy operation by NC centralised control panel.

  • Centralised control of machine functions by NC central control device. Eliminates the need for individual operations, greatly improving work efficiency.
  • Optimal processing conditions can be set automatically by inputting just 5 items of material data.
  • Background input is possible, and setup for the next product can be made during machining.

Machining speed up!

High-speed stroke

  • The high speed stroke of 220min -1 combined with the high speed feeder greatly increases the processing speed!

Automatic clearance adjustment.

  • Automatically adjust the clearance that was done every time the board thickness changed. Reduced setting errors and work loss.

Faster back gauge.

  • Speed ​​up to 2.4 times (0.75m/min → 1.8m/min) conventional model (compared to our machine).

Speed ​​up with material supply!

Lifting pinch roller & kicker.

  • Elevating pinch rollers enable smooth material supply and rear end material processing, realising stable continuous processing.

Full auto-type detector for picking up two pieces of material.

  • Prevents taking two sheets with a magnetic separator. Even if two sheets are taken, the non-contact sensor can reliably detect them.

Material trolley.

  • The trolley movement is equipped with electric drive as standard equipment. Adopting an air floater, you can easily set the material. The lifter uses a hydraulic cylinder system and can load up to 3000kg.

Material trolley No.2 (option).

  • The next material can be set at any time while the machine is running. In addition to shortening setup time such as holding a crane, continuous processing is possible.

Semi-auto-type stable diagonal accuracy side gauges and touch sensors.

  • The two functions of "magnet roller" and "touch sensor" that attract and hold the material to the side gauge side stabilise the precise diagonal accuracy.

Speed ​​up by product accumulation + unloading!

Automatic multi-row accumulator (semi-automatic type is optional).

  • It automates the row change work, shortens the setup work for product alignment, and improves work efficiency. In order to reduce scratches from falling, the height at which the product falls from the conveyor to the lifter is 100mm.

Electric unloading roller.

  • Products are electrically carried out to the packing table by rollers.

Scrap Box & Shooter.

  • Remnants are automatically sorted into the scrap box to prevent contamination of remnants. Enables efficient scrap processing.

Support pusher.

  • Before dropping the product into the lifter, the attached bar receives the product once and drops it vertically. Simultaneously realises the reduction of scratches caused by dropping and the alignment and accumulation of products.
