The AE-NT range has been designed based on our proven track record in the industry and combines an extremely sturdy bridge structure with a servo-electric drive punching system, a high-capacity turret, and minimal footprint. These features ensure stable, high-speed, and high-quality operations.

FEATURES - AE-NT SERIES

Realisation of high-speed stable machining

Scratch-free machining – Achieves stable high-speed machining with little scrap pick-up.

  • Adopts a power vacuum system that injects powerful air downward inside the die and sucks the scraps to the bottom. (Countermeasures against shavings for small diameters). As a result, shallow machining of the lower end (plunging amount is 1 mm) has been achieved. In addition, by combining the optional scrap suction device, it is possible to process large diameters.

Fine contouring processing – No special tool required. Special & R shape processing comparable to laser.

  • Nibbling processing with a pitch less than the plate thickness. This eliminates the need for sanding and special tools that were required in the past.
  • Even if the number of hits increases, ultra-high-speed machining is possible, greatly reducing machining time.

Ecology & Compact

Ecology with energy-saving structure.

  • Energy-saving structure with a receiving capacity of 19 kVA while achieving a high hit rate.
  • Standby power consumption is the lowest of any of Amada's past punching machines, and low power consumption is achieved even when the hit rate increases during processing.
  • In addition, it is environmentally friendly as it does not require hydraulic oil replacement.

Equipped with a compact and large-capacity turret.

  • Achieving a stroke of 1270mm in the Y direction.
  • Compact body comparable to ARIES-245II. (AE255NT)
  • Equipped with a compact but large capacity turret capable of mounting up to 58 tools. Productivity is improved by reducing tool setup time.
  • The thickness of the turret is 120 mm. Holds the die firmly even during high-speed machining, supporting high-precision machining.

Realisation of process integration

High-speed processing without crushing the molded part and without scratches.

  • The brush table around the turret floats 5mm to prevent interference with the material when the material is moved after downward molding. Process integration is achieved by performing high-speed downward burring and tapping without damage.

Dramatically streamlines post-process work after high-speed marking.

  • Achieves a hit rate of 900min-1. By engraving the product name, lot number, bending line instructions, welding position instructions, etc., post-process work is dramatically streamlined.

Incorporation of high-speed tapping.

  • Process integration of tapping using tapping tools is possible.
  • * Supports rolling taps M2.5 to M6

Automatic and high-speed deburring that takes time and manpower.

  • The back side of the workpiece is evenly pressed against the die chip processed on the C side, and burrs are crushed.
  • This deburring die is used after over-punching.

drive mechanism

  • Adopt AC servo single drive. Achieved a hit rate of 900min-1 by marking.
  • The drive mechanism is built into the bridge frame, and the press drive unit that employs a highly durable ball screw and link achieves high-speed stable processing and high productivity.

high rigidity

  • The bridge frame of the AE-NT series has a high rigidity design with a thickness of 40 mm, which is thicker than PEGA-357 and VIPROS-2510NT. Supports high-speed, stable and high-precision machining over long periods of time.

Tool balancer

  • It is used when storing large-diameter tools in the turret or taking them out.
  • Tool setup can be done easily and quickly, reducing the burden on workers and improving the operating rate.
