AMNC4ie

  • The new AMNC 4ie NC system is developed based on the concept of the "4 e's" to address the key issues in sustainability, namely "human issues" and "environmental issues." In addition to controlling machines and peripheral devices, the AMNC 4ie has enhanced interface functions to connect customers and machines.

Facial Recognition

High-speed, low-cost processing with fiber laser.

  • Compared to CO₂ lasers, non-oxidation cutting using nitrogen enables high-speed processing in thin plate processing areas and lower running costs.

Processing of highly reflective materials.

  • It is now possible to process highly reflective materials that are difficult to process with CO₂. Copper, brass, and AL can be processed up to 6mm.

Achieving both safety and workability.

  • A table cabin system is adopted to ensure workability and safety as with conventional machines.

High-quality, high-speed punch processing using a retractable turret

  • A retractable turret that reduces back scratches and raises and lowers only the dies necessary for easy program processing. Upper and lower molding processing and high height molding processing can be performed without scratches. Since the lower turret is hidden under the brush, there is no need to consider mold placement, etc., making it easy to create programs.

Automatic Tool changing device that does not stop the machine

  • Large-capacity tool storage (up to 300 tools) and automatic tool exchange device enable automatic tool exchange during processing.
  • There is no need to stop the machine during tool setup, maximising operating rate.

ASR-NTK automates everything from disassembly to sorting work

  • Cycle loader with take-out loader (1 shelf specification)
  • ASR-NTK is a model that stores pallets for materials, products, and skeletons on one shelf. A take-out loader transports materials and collects processed products without a joint. Jointless stacking reduces the time and burden on workers involved in disassembly work.

AS/ULS-NTK automates disassembly and sorting work

  • Cycle loader with take-out loader (2-shelf specification)
  • AS/ULS-NTK is a model that combines a stocker for material pallets and a stocker for product/skeleton pallets.
  • A take-out loader transports materials and collects processed products without a joint. Jointless accumulation reduces the time and burden on workers involved in disassembly work.

Expansion system RMP-NTK+MARS-N that can connect to multiple machines
